SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB SCOPE:

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients across multiple sales channels
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering loyalty for future business.
• Analyse current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and managements to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing feedback to management on successes and areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably at least 2 years experiences in related field. However, fresh grad are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Possess diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics are added to advantage
• Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
