職位描述

  • 處理銷售訂單，包括處理和跟進訂單。
  • 在需要時負責任何其他銷售支援和行政職能。
  • 與計費和支援團隊聯絡，檢查訂單狀態結束和報告預測。
  • 負責跟進銷售訂單並維持高水準的客戶服務。
  • 必須具備基本的 IT 知識才能處理客戶諮詢。
  • 支持行銷團隊進行活動/宣傳活動和專案開發。
  • 提供辦公室/行政支援。
  • 協助處理、安排和庫存盤點。


職位要求：

  • 應徵者必須至少擁有電腦科學/資訊科技、銷售與行銷或同等專業的高級/高等/研究生文憑。
  • 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 並精通 IT 知識。
  • 所需書面及口說語言：英語、馬來語及國語。
  • 會其他中文方言者優先
  • 無需工作經驗。鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
  • 擁有良好的溝通技巧，能夠與客戶聯絡並跟進。
