Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Identify customers' needs and wants.
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
  • Manage point-of-sales processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information.
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits.
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures.
  • To prepare a weekly report to the maagement.


Requirements

  • Proven working experience in retail sales.
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Customer service focus.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
  • Basic administration skills.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in JB / Klang
  • Possess on transport.
