Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Identify customers' needs and wants.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Manage point-of-sales processes.
- Keep up-to-date with product information.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Follow all companies policies and procedures.
- To prepare a weekly report to the maagement.
- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Basic administration skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in JB / Klang
- Possess on transport.
