Sales Executive (Hire Purchase Financing)

Job Description:

• Support Sales Advisor in promoting and selling hire purchase financing products.
• Participated in all Dealer Sales events for upselling Financing products (Campaign, Services & products).
• You are required to work on weekends depending on the dealership event (maybe once or twice per month).
• Promote (Instant financing approval) to the prospects/customers.
• Received loan/financing applications from dealer/customer/sales advisor and ensure documents receive.
• Interview applicant (by phone/in person), KYC.
• Ensure credit application is created timely.
• Keep dealers updated daily on the status of cases submitted.
• Investigate and follow up on cases that have been delayed for approval and disbursement.
• Follow up on invoices, delivery order and other dealer documents for disbursement.
• Sort and vet documents for correctness and completeness before submitting for disbursements.
• Execute signing of Hire Purchase agreement with customer.
• KPI: Retail finance penetration rate, and document error.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or any other related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of work experience in Banking, Sales, or Auto Finance industry.
• Possess basic analytical and credit assessment skills, strong eye for detail in managing documentation completeness.
• Proficient in Computer skills (MS Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook).
• Solid interpersonal relationships skills in building interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
