Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the KL and Selangor regions, with a focus on expanding Zoomlionâs customer base for construction and agricultural machinery.
- Conduct outdoor sales activities, including site visits and product demonstrations, to effectively showcase the features and advantages of Zoomlionâs equipment to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to address the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to conduct outdoor sales activities within the KL Selangor region.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively present product offerings and close deals.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Basic understanding of sales management principles and business development strategies.
- Immediate availability to join the company full-time and work onsite in Shah Alam.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
