Job Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet targets and grow the customer base in Johor Bahru, Penang, KL.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting product/service value.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track sales progress, prepare reports, and update the sales manager regularly.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and share customer feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Must be willing to frequent travel to cities  such as Johor, Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore as required.Â
- Have own transport is a plus,
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience and experience in Automotive care industry is a plus.
- Diploma in any field.
- Skilled in Sales Management, including developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Experienced in Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients through various methods.
- Strong in Client Relationship Management, capable of building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Negotiation skills to successfully close mutually beneficial deals.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and verbal) to engage effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Able to conduct Market Research to analyze trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Strong command of Closing Techniques to convert leads into successful sales.
- Willing to work full-time and be based at the Johor Bahru office.
