Sales Executive (Sales & Purchases Department)

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate closely with landlords for the preparation of issuance of the LO.
• Collect deposits.
• Collaborate closely with legal firms to facilitate the preparation of the Sales & Purchases Agreement.
• Collaborate closely with lawyers for MOT matters when necessary
• Liaising closely with landlords and lawyers to ensure the complete signing process of the SPA.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all the SPA documents and agreements.
• Preparation and update reports and presentations regarding all SPA status.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments for sales and leasing related issues.
• Handling of daily administrative duties.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Hardworking and a team player who is always willing to learn.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in Sales & Purchases Agreement handling
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate who is able to converse in Mandarin is preferred.
• Required skills: Ms Exel, Word, Powerpoint
• 2 headcounts are required: 1 based in Kuala Lumpur, 1 based in Melaka.
