Job Description
- Responsible for generating new business and sales opportunities for the laboratory's testing services
- Understand the client's testing needs and recommend appropriate laboratory services
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pricing
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional business
- Collaborate with the laboratory's technical team to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Fresh graduate or sales experience in the laboratory testing or a related industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related field
