銷售主管負責監督公司內部的業務發展過程，以促進公司的長久發展。他們的職責包括尋找和留住客戶、鼓勵現有客戶購買附加產品或功能以及隨時了解消費和市場趨勢的變化。他們還需要參加社交活動來吸引和建立客戶關係，並提出新的商業機會。

- 熟悉公司提供的所有產品和服務
- 獨立獲取新客戶並打入新市場
- 透過直接聯繫、口耳相傳、進行外向型活動和合作來創造銷售機會
- 識別客戶需求並提出策略來提升客戶忠誠度、增值滿意度和競爭優勢
- 進行交流並與客戶和潛在客戶建立關係
- 制定並實施以結果為導向的銷售策略
- 及時向管理層提交報告
- 至少兩 (2) 年的銷售和行銷業績記錄
- 擁有多種銷售技巧的實際經驗（包括電話銷售）
- 物流服務和/或運輸業經驗受到高度重視
- 語言能力：英語、馬來語、華語。
- 性格成熟，具有良好的人際互動和社交能力，能夠自信地工作
- 以結果為導向，努力實現並超越目標，按時完成任務
- 有效的溝通和演講技巧，能夠使用英語、馬來語和普通話進行交流
- 擁有自己的交通工具並願意出差
