- 確定電子煙產業內的潛在客戶和銷售機會。
- 透過電話推銷、人脈和市場研究積極尋找新業務。
- 開發並維護潛在客戶通路。
- 安裝相關公司銷售點材料，如海報、日曆、A3 尺寸菜單卡等
- 與現有客戶建立並維持良好的關係，以確保他們持續滿意。
- 處理客戶詢問並根據需要提供產品資訊、定價和支援。
- 以專業、及時的方式回應並解決客戶投訴或疑慮。
- 在正常訪問或服務訪問期間維護並改善與所有現有經銷商的現有關係。
- 為我們的經銷商/他們的員工提供有關產品知識、產品認證以及保固接受和索賠程序的培訓。
- 隨時了解電子煙產業的最新趨勢和發展。
- 深入了解公司的電子煙產品及其特性。
- 準備好回答問題並提供有關產品選擇的指導。
- 設定並努力實現公司所訂定的銷售目標和目的。
- 監控並報告銷售業績，做出必要的調整以達到或超過目標。
- 隨時了解競爭對手和市場狀況。
- 收集和分析市場數據以識別機會和威脅。
- 向行銷和產品開發團隊提供回饋。
- 按照公司指南在燈箱中安排和展示公司產品
- 收集並退還保固給經銷商
- 參加每日例會，在回饋服務過程中出現的問題
- 與銷售支援團隊（管理員）合作，確保訂單得到有效處理和交付。
