Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about corporate training and capable of bringing in new business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting outreach, and converting leads into confirmed training engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for LEA Corp’s corporate training programmes.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to target HR and L&D departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR decision-makers, and training managers.
• Present, promote, and sell training programmes to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM or sales tracking system with leads, contacts, and follow-ups.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and corporate visits as needed.
• Collaborate with the training and marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign goals.
