我們正在尋找一位積極主動、注重成果的銷售主管，對企業培訓充滿熱情，並有能力拓展新業務。理想的候選人將負責發現銷售機會、進行外展活動，並將潛在客戶轉化為確定的培訓計畫。
主要職責：
- 為 LEA Corp 的企業培訓計劃尋找並尋求新的商機。
- 進行電話推銷、電子郵件推廣和 LinkedIn 勘探，以針對人力資源和 L&D 部門。
- 與企業客戶、人力資源決策者和培訓經理建立並維持良好的關係。
- 向潛在客戶展示、推廣和銷售培訓計劃。
- 達到或超過每月和每季的銷售目標。
- 維護最新的 CRM 或銷售追蹤系統，其中包含潛在客戶、聯絡人和後續資訊。
- 根據需要參加社交活動、展覽和公司參觀。
- 與培訓和行銷團隊合作，使銷售工作與活動目標保持一致。
