Sales Interior Designer

Are you a creative and business-savvy interior designer with a passion for sales? We are looking for a Sales Interior Designer to join our team! This role combines design expertise with sales acumen, allowing you to bring stunning interior concepts to life while converting leads into loyal clients.

About The Job

• Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget.
• Take accurate on-site measurements to develop floor plans and elevations.
• Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Provide advice on furniture, materials, colors, and layouts.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.
• Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in interior design and/or sales.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop.
• Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving ability.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Specialization in carpentry is an advantage.
• License: A valid vehicle license is required.

• Contract Length: 6 months
• Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (excluding commission)
