Job Responsibility

  • Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, and participating in industry events to expand the client base.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and present interior design proposals, including space planning, material selection, and 3D visualizations, using AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and project specifications.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends, products, and technologies to provide innovative and informed recommendations to clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and design process, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong product knowledge of interior design materials, furniture, and renovation techniques.
  • Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse clientele.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Knowledge of renovation processes and construction practices.
  • Ability to work onsite in Subang Jaya.
