Job Summary:

Sales Manager plays a crucial part in supporting the sales team, ensuring efficient coordination of shipments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate sales records and data. Multifaceted, requiring a combination of relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer-centric focus to drive success both for the client and the company. Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and Collaboration

  • Liaise with various stakeholders involved in the shipment process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various departments to meet client requirements.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Support and RFQ Management

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for quotations (RFQs), providing accurate pricing and product information.

4. Sales Analysis and Reporting

  • Track sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Share regular updates with internal stakeholders on the status of key accounts.

5. Business Growth and Strategy

  • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create plans that align with overall business objectives.

6. Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including managing documentation, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and organizing appointments or meetings.

Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or related fields.
  • At lease 5 years of experiences in similar roles will be advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for building customer relationships and working with internal teams.
  • Own transport.
