Job Responsibilities:
- To plan, formulate, and execute business, marketing & sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- To be responsible for leading the sales team to ensure continuous sales and meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading a sales team.
- A self-motivating person with ambition, drive, and good analytical skills.
- Outgoing with good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
- Possesses own transportation and is willing to travel.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
