- Deliver Sell-in and Sell-out Targets (Pet Specialty & eCommerce Channels) to achieve overall channel performance goals.
- Manage Trade Spend and Channel Promotions to ensure it is in line with Trade Marketing priorities and brand strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of channel and customer promotion programs aligned with business and category objectives.
- Strategic Collaboration with Zone AOA Central Team (PURINA AOA) to ensure strategic alignment and operational effectiveness.
- Territory Development and Account Management Develop to execute efficient territory coverage plans with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to maximize reach, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Distributor Management and Development to achieve sell-in and sell-out objectives.
- Market Hygiene and Compliance across outlets to maintain product quality.
- People and Organization Development by training, field coaching, and digital skill enhancement.
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline (SPM qualification acceptable for Sales Representatives with a minimum of 8 years of experience).
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a proven track record of successfully achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- At least 3 years of experience leading an eCommerce business within the same or a related industry.
- Strong experience in channel and customer management, digital marketing, and/or distributor management is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage teams effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of all sales functions, including trade marketing, Customer, and Field operations.
- Proven experience in managing field sales and distributor teams to deliver business objectives.
