Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting product training activities, health talk presentations etc.
• Assisting in developing, implementing, executing marketing initiatives, coordinating online , social media-related events and training activities.
• Create effective digital marketing campaign to drive sales and conversion.
• Assist in the company's event and training activities.
• Manage apps digital platform, and ensure all information and functions are well implemented to support distributor, customer activity.
• Travel domestically and internationally on weekends, if required.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Nutrition related fields experiences in sales/product marketing/training especially in dealing with people face-to-face.
• 3 to 5 years sales and marketing hands on experience in either MLM or other related health food fields.
• Knowledge and experience in Direct Selling Company (MLM) industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation skills on stage, good communication , good team player with positive attitude.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and be able to write, vice versa (written and verbal) to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Ability to work independently, conduct event/training and able to travel on weekends/ public holidays if required.
• Less than 3 years experience will be considered as junior position.
• Must be Malaysian citizens status.
