Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

VRC Holidays Sdn. Bhd., a leading travel and tourism company in Malaysia, is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts, helping to expand our customer base and promote our wide range of holiday packages and travel services.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and targeting potential customers, both individuals and corporate clients, through various sales and marketing channels
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Creating and distributing engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to promote our products and services
• Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase our offerings and generate new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align on overall marketing and promotional activities
• Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and inform future marketing strategies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers
• Strong marketing and creative skills, with the ability to develop compelling promotional materials
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and social media platforms
• Passion for the travel industry and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and preferences
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
