SALES NEGOTIATOR (Earn up to RM8k)

Responsibility
To focus on sales and marketing for all projects / developments.
To make appointment to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients.
Do sales presentation and closing at developer sales gallery.
Market study / competitors analysis.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Administration and documentation for property related matter.
Provide guidance and assist buyers to obtain loan.
Follow up with clients till booking make and provide excellent after sales service.
Attend and take appropriate action to resolves debtors, inquiries and complaints.
Requirements
Minimum SPM holder.
Willing to work indoor and outdoor.
Strong interpersonal, highly self-motivated, pleasant, outgoing character.
Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.
With experience in property is added advantage.

Plus Performance Income (Commission Based)
