銷售營運助理為銷售和營運部門提供必要的支持，確保專案間的無縫協調，尤其是在GWP（購物贈禮）、促銷商品和採購業務方面。該職位負責準備報價、追蹤訂單、跟進物流和處理一般文件，以協助團隊提供優質服務並按時完成任務。
主要職責
銷售營運助理為銷售和營運部門提供必要的支持，確保專案間的無縫協調，尤其是在GWP（購物贈禮）、促銷商品和採購業務方面。該職位負責準備報價、追蹤訂單、跟進物流和處理一般文件，以協助團隊提供優質服務並按時完成任務。
主要職責
- 支援銷售團隊準備報價、提案、簡報和銷售文件。
- 與財務和營運團隊協調處理訂單、採購訂單和發票。
- 維護銷售數據、客戶資訊和專案時間表的準確記錄。
- 與供應商、工廠和物流合作夥伴聯絡，確保訂單順利履行和及時交貨。
- 追蹤客戶項目的庫存、樣品請求和產品可用性。
- 提供行政支持，包括安排客戶會議、跟進和內部報告。
- 協助分析銷售業績報告和KPI追蹤以供管理階層審查。
- 確保遵守公司政策、客戶要求和專案期限。
- 與設計/行銷團隊協調，為客戶提供宣傳和活動支援。
- 教育與經驗
- 工商管理、銷售、物流或相關領域的文憑或更高學歷。
- 2-3 年銷售支援、客戶服務或供應鏈協調經驗，最好是在 GWP、FMCG 或貿易行業。
