Job Responsibility
- Answer inbound calls, email and chat regarding customer inquiries or Issue
- Convert inquiries into sales while providing excellent customer support.
- Document all interactions using CRM tools and follow up when necessary.
- SPM or Diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales required
- Have Customer Service Background is a plus point
- Willing work in Rotational Shift.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Training will be provided
- Allowance provided
- 5 working days.
- Near to LRT Station.
- Annual leave/Medical leave.
