Job Responsibility

  • Answer inbound calls, email and chat regarding customer inquiries or Issue
  • Convert inquiries into sales while providing excellent customer support.
  • Document all interactions using CRM tools and follow up when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales required
  • Have Customer Service Background is a plus point
  • Willing work in Rotational Shift.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
