- Follow up like a champ â reach out to every lead generated through our marketing and events (pre, during & post)
- Own the crowd â follow up and build excitement with every lead from our epic events
- Close the deal â convert warm leads into happy clients who canât wait to start their growth journey
- Keep your pipeline hot â update and manage every opportunity in our CRM like a pro
- Be their go-to â answer questions with heart, clarity, and confidence
- Show up & shine â be present at every Owners Circle event and be the energy that drives the room
- Team synergy FTW â work hand-in-hand with our Sales Manager, Event Crew & Marketing Team to create magic
- Own your rhythm â participate in daily power huddles, weekly syncs, and monthly âHugâ gatherings
- Stay sharp â know your products, your pitch, and your people inside-out
Job Requirements
Who You Are!
- Malaysian, with that local pride and global mindset
- Youâve got at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles â and you loved every second of IT
- You speak clearly, confidently, and human â English & BM fluency is a must (Mandarin = bonus points!)
- Tech is your friend â CRM, Canva, Zoom, you name it, you can handle it
- You love people, thrive on conversations, and live for that âYES!â moment
- Youâre flexible with time â because impact doesn't punch in or out (but donât worry, we respect boundaries too)
- Got transport? Great! Because youâll be moving with us (and yes, we cover your event travel expenses)
