- 依照指示準備各種文件，例如銷售計劃、報告和統計數據
- 負責產生報價單、協議、信件、交貨單/發票，
- 維持有效的記錄、通訊和通訊控制系統。
- 整理銷售記錄並準備與銷售和銷售相關的協議和其他文件
- 回答查詢、接收客戶投訴並與其他相關人員協調
- 履行上級指派的任何其他相關職責。
