Job Responsibility
Job Benefits
- Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts for customers
- Maintain  and update the customer database with accurate and current information
- Handle documentation related to freight forwarding, such as shipping instructions, bill of lading and invoice.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding services, rates and shipment status
- Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of shipment
- Coordinate shipment schedules, track shipment, and communication updates to customers
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and prepare report for the sales team
- Assist in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
- candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma in Marketing/Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years(s) of working experience in shipping & forwarding industries, especially Freight Forwarding
- Good command in Mandarin, English & Malay speaking (both written and oral)
