Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesman (Product Sales) to join our team. This role focuses on selling Audio, Video, Lighting, and related products to customers, complementing our systems/project sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving product sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesman (Product Sales) to join our team. This role focuses on selling Audio, Video, Lighting, and related products to customers, complementing our systems/project sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving product sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell AV, lighting, and related products to new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, warehouse) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback in a professional manner
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in AV/IT/lighting or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email correspondence, CRM tools an advantage)
