Responsibilities

Make an impact Our Enterprise Service IT department develop and deliver IT solutions that are used across multiple platforms and countries. Consulting, conception and implementation to achieve the fitting business processes within our SAP landscape are as important as continuous support and improvement of our internal customers.

• Planning, provision and further development of the SAP system landscape and its monitoring
• Implementation of backup & recovery, upgrades, patches and extensions
• Implementation of system copies
• Setup of printers
• Maintenance of system documentation, system configurations, administration procedures and troubleshooting instructions
• Setup and monitoring of interfaces
• Troubleshooting and performance analyses in the entire context of SAP Basis
• Support SAP Consultants
• Creation of SAP GUI installation packages
  
  

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Degree in (business) information technology with a highly technical orientation
• At least 5 years specific work experience
• SAP Basis and integration technology (ABAP and JAVA)
• Linux and MS-Windows in virtual server landscapes
• AIX know-how is an advantage
• Database know-how (ORACLE, HANA, MaxDB, ASE)
• IT security (e.g. encryption, certificates, ...)
• Basic network technology
• Knowledge of German is a great advantage
• SAP product know-how is an advantage (SAP LAMA, SAP BTP, SAP Content Server, SAP Business Connector, SAP Router, Adobe Document Service, SAP SOLMAN/SAP CALM)
