SAP COE D2R Business Analysis Expert

The position will be working as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence on SAP S4 Hana related projects

• This position requires expertise in SAP PP/PPDS modules such as Production Planning, Process orders management, material BOM, recipe, Detail scheduling.
• Involvement in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of S/4 Hana deployment projects within PPG affiliated companies.
• Defining detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Specifications and Configuration Cookbooks in meeting both business and PPG’s Global Template Requirements.
• Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution.
• Involvement and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Developing and supporting knowledge transfer documentations and process.
• You will liaise remotely with a number of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in Kuala Lumpur area.
• We expect travel to be approximately 25% of your time
• Within a matrix organization you will report to the D2R Solution Architect of the S/4 project in which you participate and to the D2R team lead, APAC
• You will be proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders
• You will need to be a self-starter who can quickly develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 – 3 months)
• You will be required to build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) in order to facilitate rapid solutioning
• You will be required to evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Min 5 years’ experience with strong process knowledge of SAP S/4 PP/MRP/PPDS
• Played a Consultant role in some SAP S/4 implementations for these modules.
• Strong knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing area.
• We need you to be an outstanding self-starter with a commitment to delivering high quality work in pressurized environments
• Be comfortable working independently in a “remote working” organization
• A 4-year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required;
• A strong team player, good communication skills with English and Mandarin proficiencies
