Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist Middleware Team/Assistant Team Lead in providing SAP PO technical support to customers
- Participate in SAP PO enhancements and projects, including designing, building, configuring, testing, and rolling out enhancements according to agreed deliverables and deadlines
- Resolve SAP PO-related incidents, problems, and change requests escalated by the SAP Service Desk team
- Collaborate with the SAP Service Desk team, SAP Applications Development Support team, and SAP Function/Applications Support team to ensure services meet the terms of the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers
- Provide support for other IT initiatives on an as-needed basis
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI integration projects
- Experience in building Java adapters is a plus
- Familiar with standard communication protocols, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Web Services
- Worked with the latest SAP versions, including SAP PI 7.4, SAP PO 7.5, or higher, and ECC 6.0
- Experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI migration projects
- Able to apply structured problem-solving skills to quickly evaluate issues, identify root causes, develop action plans, and determine resolution options
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
