Key Responsibilities:

Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL):

• • Perform data extraction from legacy systems and ensure proper mapping to SAP S/4HANA target structures.
  • Transform data according to defined rules and business requirements.
  • Use SAP Data Migration tools like SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, LTMC, or other ETL tools.

Data Validation and Quality:

• • Conduct data profiling and cleansing to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Perform unit testing, data reconciliation, and validation to identify and resolve issues.

Collaboration with Teams:

• • Work closely with Functional Team(Technical delivery), and core teams to align data requirements with project goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance data accuracy and completeness.

Documentation and Reporting:

• • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data mapping sheets, validation scripts, and error resolution logs.
  • Generate periodic reports on migration progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.

Support and Troubleshooting:

• • Address data-related issues during and after migration to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by resolving data-related defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• • Strong knowledge of industry-specific SAP modules -SAP MM Logistics
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration tools (e.g., LTMC, LSMW, SAP Data Services).
  • Proficiency in data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Experience with legacy systems and knowledge of relevant data formats (e.g., flat files, Excel, SQL databases).
  • Familiarity with master data (e.g., material, customer, vendor) and transactional data migration processes.
  • Proficient in data analysis and validation tools such as MS Excel and preferably SQL, or Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks. Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related SAP tools.
