Job Profile Summary
This role will report to APAC RRP Lead and manage RRP across SEA for Accenture. You will work closely with SEA HR leadership teams (business, HR, finance, etc).
Advocate, activate, and communicate RRP programs, policies, processes, and practices that deliver long term HR strategy and support business goals.
Champion, educate and provide strategic advisory to relevant SEA HR teams and business on RRP philosophy, strategy, programs, processes, key deliverables.
Manage service delivery of Performance, Compensation, Comp Admin, Benefits, and Pensions Admin functions. Manage delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams.
Partner with global RRP functions and SMEs to ensure relevance of all SEA RRP programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an expert and main point of contact for all issues related to RRP for SEA.
Advocate, activate, and communicate RRP programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver long term HR strategy and support business goals.
Champion and educate and provide strategic advisory to relevant SEA HR teams and business on RRP philosophy, strategy, programs, processes, key deliverables.
Manage service delivery of Performance, Compensation, Comp Admin, Benefits, and Pensions Admin functions.
Manage delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams.
Manage Executive Compensation process including MD salary proposals and annual MD process.
Work with the HR and Business Leaders to understand business/people strategy in order to develop priorities and design/build solutions that support it.
Work with relevant RRP teams and SMEs to understand relevant talent and market context to plan compensation and benefits and ensure its relevance, competitiveness, and affordability.
Ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with Accenture compensation and benefits/pension strategy and relevant in the SEA market.
Work with the right local teams to ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
Partner with global RRP functions and SMEs to ensure relevance of all SEA RRP programs and initiatives.
Job Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
Solid understanding of full spectrum of Total Rewards and at least 13 years’ experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefits
Ability to cope well with ambiguity and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mind, keen eye for detail, innovative problem solving and decision making
Strong leadership skills and able to manage a team in different locations
Strong collaboration and partnering capabilities combined with a demonstrated ability to influence
