The Secretary Executive will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Make travel arrangements
  • Answer the phone calls
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Prepare meeting documents
  • Schedule meeting
  • Completing administrative paperwork
  • Respond to emails

Requirements:

  • University diploma or degree in secretary / relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years experience in secretarial and administrative job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay / English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
