- Develop and execute Segment-Specific Strategies & Propositions: Create and implement marketing plans tailored for the small-to-medium sized business (SMB) segment to achieve growth targets and enhance customer engagement and experience. Develop Propositions aligned with business goals and market demands of the segment
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, print, and events.
- Customer Insights and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities within target segments.
- Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop segment-specific content, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and customer service teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitor activities to identify market opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, customer insights, or campaign management, preferably in the B2B industry. Telecommunication industry experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and market research methodologies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
