We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team in the fast-paced Food and Beverage industry. As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing daily accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including tracking income and expenses, inventory management, and managing vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and ensure proper controls are in place.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management on cost control and profitability strategies.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, liaising with external auditors and tax authorities when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline accounting operations.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations applicable to the F&B industry is a plus.
