Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• To handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded properly.
• Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time.
• To monitor and prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
• Prepare year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
• To monitor and ensure costing related activities.
• Attend yearly stock take and undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Manage and handle full set of accounts and schedule of analysis.
• To do reconciliation of various accounts in the ledger.
• To finalise monthly accounts on timely basis.
• Handle year end audit and tax schedules as required.
• Assist in costing related activities.
• Undertake ad hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Accounting or any other equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years experience in a position with similar duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent speaking, writing and overall communication skills and is committed, discipline and have strong sense of responsibilities.
• Preferably skill in SAP.
