Job Responsibility

  • Installation & Setup:Install, configure, and calibrate air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
  • Maintenance:Perform regular maintenance on air conditioning units, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs:Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
  • Customer Service:Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide cost estimates for repairs or replacements.
  • System Efficiency:Ensure all air conditioning systems operate efficiently, conserve energy, and reduce customer costs while maintaining high service standards.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate service records, including parts used, service time, and any follow-up recommendations.
  • Compliance & Safety:Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Education:Â High school diploma, vocational training (optional)
  • Minimum experience 3 years above
  • Mandarin speaker is preferable
  • Have GDL Licence
  • Skills: HVAC, electrical knowledge, troubleshooting
  • Experience: Apprenticeship or hands-on work
