The Senior Analyst, P2P System and Process is responsible for configuration and smooth running of the systems our Accounts payable team is using to perform their work related to our entities using SAP as ERP system. This role is supporting the team in delivering Accounts payable services, accurately, efficiently and in accordance with company’s policies, guidelines, and operating procedures. Additionally, this role will also have an opportunity to identify and implement improvements in the Purchase to pay (P2P) process.

This position reports to the Global P2P Process Leader and is part of the Accounts payable team located in Kuala Lumpur and will be an on-site role.

This position is being offered through Pall, a Danaher group company providing services in Malaysia to beneficiary Cytiva.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be first point of contact for local team on system and process issues related to Purchase to pay process
• Support local team in resolving any system/process issues found in collaboration with the broader project team
• Training of end users in Purchase to pay process
• Identify areas for improvements in the Purchase to pay space
• Helping to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the Purchase to pay process by preparing periodical reports and metrics
  
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, preferably Degree or Professional Qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance or IT specializing in Finance systems.
• The selected candidate will need to have at least 5 years of working experience in accounting and/or in Purchase to pay process and has knowledge in SAP configurations
• Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) configuration and workflows (i.e. Basware or similar) and also proficient working Excel knowledge
• Experience in leading/participating in IT/Finance projects
• Strong troubleshooting, analytic and planning skills
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in business intelligence tools like QLIK
• knowledge in Oracle configurations
