Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit a Senior Beauty Advisor to be based at Aeon Tebrau, Johor JOB OVERVIEW Role and ResponsibilitiesPassionately inspiring consumer loyalty to SephoraDiligently executing store operations, with a special focus on selected functional areasProviding support and feedback to Beauty Advisors RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Store performance and monitoringBe aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as team performance targets, take ownership over them and effectively use all available store resources to meet or exceed themIdentify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to address them and drive commercial success Self/team management: People developmentCollaborate productively and respectfully with team membersMake yourself available to support other team members when needed Self/team management: TrainingGuide and train selected team members on basic Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge, especially in your assigned Categories (if applicable)Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the jobSeek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance Store management – MerchandisingExecute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards Store management – OperationsAdhere to all established policies and proceduresProcess merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floorComplete cash register transactions quickly and accuratelyMinimize loss in both, the stockroom and the sales floorPerform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner Customer ServiceBe a role model for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectationsShare your customer service experience and train selected team members to fine-tune their service skillsBe a resource for Beauty Advisors in dealing with complex customer service situationsBe a Sephora Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and ValuesUse advanced Category expertise to successfully meet the specific needs of even the most demanding customers DESIRED ASK (ACCREDITATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE) AND RELATIONSHIPS Qualifications and education requirementsMinimum secondary school education Experience preferredMinimum 6 months’ work experience in a beauty/fashion customer and commercial focused retail environment Preferred skills and knowledgeAdvanced selling experienceGood product, retail and industry understandingBasic MS Office proficiency Key relationshipsCustomersPeers and SupervisorTeam members Reporting line & key stakeholders The Senior Beauty Advisor will report to the Store Manager While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy…The people.
