Duties and Responsibilities:
Port Call Planning / Execution:
Keeping abreast of latest development in relevant regulations, industry and ISS Policies and Procedures from official sources.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure services provided comply with local law/regulations and ISS Policies/Procedures.
Statutory Declarations :
Timely and truthful declarations to the following, but not limiting to
Ensure full utilisation of all ISS systems (OneDA and Optics) according to Standard Operating
Procedures.

Experience:
At least 5 year of working experience in ship agency service industry with track
records.
Qualifications:
Port Call Planning / Execution:
- Expedite port call turnaround and in the most cost-effective manner.
- Closely monitor port call progress and ensure Principals’ best interest are always protected.
- Ensure all requirements relating to cargo matters are well understood and relayed to Manager and other relevant parties.
- Ensure mandatory use of One-Da / Optic / Diaboss and etc system as reporting tool in compliance with company policy and KPI
- Concise and timely communication with authorised recipients and stakeholders.
- This include but not limited to routine pre-arrival, progress. port call updates and post-call enquires.
Keeping abreast of latest development in relevant regulations, industry and ISS Policies and Procedures from official sources.

- Immigration and Checkpoint Authority
- Maritime and Port Authority

- Operators / Management of facility involved

Procedures.
