Senior Brand Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated brand marketing plans and trade campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze market trends and identify optimal content promotion strategies to enhance brand marketing, increase product interest, attract new users, and drive sales.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, maintaining a cohesive brand identity and product communication across all brand marketing initiatives.
• Oversee influencer marketing strategies, including selecting KOLs/Influencers, managing briefs, reviewing content, and reporting performance to strengthen brand presence.
• Create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with and promotes overall brand marketing strategies.
• Liaise with stakeholders, trade partners, KOLs, and agencies to foster successful partnerships and achieve impactful brand marketing outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and enhance brand marketing strategies.
• Prepare periodic reports to track advertising and promotion (A&P) spending, campaign KPIs, and performance metrics, focusing on brand marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in marketing or related field preferred.
• Good attitude and willing to learn.
• Strong communication (written & spoken) and follow-up skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player, yet independent with minimum supervision.
