About your new role!

We are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst to help plan design, develop and manage efficient systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. They will be the drivers behind our continued growth and success. This includes:

  • Gathering and analyzing requirements in support of business objectives, system requirements and customer experience.
  • Developoing functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
  • Supporting or lead testing efforts.
  • Ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Communicating needed changes to the development team.
  • Assisting in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Taking inputs from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/ feedback.
  • Understanding complex business landscapes and clearly articulate business needs from a varied group of stakeholders
  • Delivering informative, well organized presentations.
  • Assisting in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
  • Consistently delivering high-quality services to our clients.
  • Managing client expectations effectively.


What We'd Love To See From You

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in computer sciences, system engineering or similar field)
  • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in the related field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run workshops and communicate effectively with different stakeholders across the organizations.
  • Passionate about technology and understanding in customer experience.
  • Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database, system design and integration.
  • Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.
