高階商業智慧 (BI) DevOps 負責與跨職能團隊合作，理解、定義和提供數據驅動的洞察。理想的候選人將負責分析業務需求，將其轉化為有效的指標和 KPI，並使用 Power BI 等 BI 工具開發儀表板和報告。此外，BI 分析師將利用高級分析、統計建模和機器學習來獲得更深入的見解並開發預測能力。您將在製定我們的 BI 路線圖方面發揮關鍵作用，確保資料解決方案符合組織的策略目標。

主要職責和責任

評估與設計

  • 與業務利害關係人合作以了解他們的報告和儀表板需求。
  • 將業務需求轉化為明確的指標、關鍵績效指標（KPI）和其他績效指標。確保所有指標與組織目標和專案目標一致。
  • 使用相關圖表、視覺效果和敘述來傳達調查結果，以有效地得出有意義的結論並為利害關係人製作引人注目的數據驅動故事。
  • 以結構化的方式記錄業務需求。
  • 與資料工程團隊協調，定義資料擷取、轉換和載入 (ETL) 需求。


儀錶板開發與支援

  • 使用 BI 工具（例如 Power BI）設計、建置和維護互動式儀表板和報表。確保儀表板使用者友善、視覺吸引力強且準確反映關鍵數據見解。
  • 維護、更新和實施現有 Power BI 儀表板的變更要求，並增強 ETL/ELT 流程以在需要時為團隊提供支援。
  • 參與程式碼審查和設計討論，提供建設性的回饋。
  • 指導和引導團隊成員，推廣商業智慧開發和數據整合的最佳實踐。


BI 路線圖、流程改善和利害關係人溝通

  • 為組織的 BI 路線圖的設計和發展做出貢獻。
  • 確定改進流程和增強資料利用的機會。
  • 整合各個團隊的報告和儀表板要求。
  • 定期向利害關係人提供專案狀態、障礙和進展的最新資訊。
