We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to be based in Kuching, Sarawak. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a comprehensive understanding of contract law, and the ability to manage complex contracts efficiently.

What You'll Do
Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout all contract phases.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align contract terms with project goals.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating contractual risks.
Provide training and guidance on best practices for contract management across teams.
Monitor contract performance and implement improvements as necessary.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management.
Able to demonstrate success in various industries including infrastructure, civil works, railways, renewable energy, and building.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
