What You'll Do
Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts related to property development.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout all contract phases.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align contract terms with project goals.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating contractual risks.
Provide training and guidance on best practices for contract management across teams.
Monitor contract performance and implement improvements as necessary.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management.
Must have contract management experience in property development industry.
In-depth knowledge of Malaysian property laws and regulations.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
