Responsibilities
- Manages contract development, negotiation, and administration to ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and applicable laws.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve contractual issues.
- Support tendering, bidding, and evaluation activities.
- Provide advisory support on contractual risks and obligations.
- Degree in Law, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum Experience: 7 - 10 years (Fresh graduates with outstanding academic merit are welcome to apply). Preference for Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Solid knowledge of contract management processes.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding academic merit are welcome to apply.
- Valid Sabah Work Permit required for non-Sabahan candidates.
