Key Responsibilities

• Log all incoming documents from the various projects, categorize them and then forward the documents to the concerned quality engineer for review and approval.
• Maintaining RFI log and distributing daily RFI’s to relevant discipline inspectors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports based on documents reviewed by the Quality Engineers for the respective project.
• Maintain all documents related to projects, in line with the ISO 9001/2000 Quality standards, which are directly audited by the external certification agency.
• Coordinating with discipline QC Engineers and Completions team for ITR's.
• Assist in organizing Quality induction courses.
• Manage Leave / holiday plan for full QA/QC engineers/Inspectors and managers
• Control and issue of QA/QC stamps for inspection personnel
• Prepare minutes of meeting and distributing to relevant parties.
• Coordinate for System Engineering activities.
• Perform other related duties as advised by the supervisor.
  
  

Minimum Job Requirement

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any degree holder with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in RFI / Quality coordination.
• Should be expertise in M.S word, Excel, power BI etc.,
• Should have experience in oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
• Should have previously worked with major EPC contractor or their subcontractors in similar role.
• Having worked in offshore projects is an advantage.
