Hepmil Creators’ Network (HCN) is a creator agency that connects brands with over 1,000 TikTok creators across Southeast Asia — powering hyper-local, entertaining content that resonates with audiences while delivering results for brands.
We’re looking for Creative Strategists and Senior Creative Strategists with sharp creative instincts and a passion for social content to help expand Hepmil’s presence and deliver impactful campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Ideation & Insights
- Generate creator-first ideas that leverage TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to drive brand engagement.
- Translate cultural and audience insights into creative strategies that resonate with Gen Z and millennials.
- Support the development of campaign concepts and content plans for brand partners.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Assist in crafting social-first campaign strategies involving creators and branded content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and creators to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and platform best practices.
- Monitor content quality and workflow efficiency, continuously improving processes against industry standards.
Client Engagement & Pitching
- Contribute to pitch decks and proposals, presenting ideas to clients and external partners in a clear and engaging manner.
- Provide consultation and training to clients on products, processes, and the evolving social landscape.
- Build credibility as a trusted creative partner by demonstrating deep platform and audience knowledge.
Creator Collaboration
- Work closely with creators to strategize, manage, and optimize exclusive content plans.
- Stay connected to creator communities, trends, and formats to ensure campaigns remain relevant and innovative.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a creative, content, or digital agency environment (Senior Creative Strategist: 3–5 years).
- Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with awareness of emerging social trends.
- Cultural Fluency: Familiarity with the social content ecosystem, especially short-form video and meme culture.
- Strategic Skills: Ability to support the development and execution of social and creator-led marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Experience working in teams to conceptualize and produce content.
- Client Comfort: Confident interacting with clients and industry professionals; strong presentation and communication skills.
- Detail Orientation: Ability to present information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail.
- Creative Advantage: Experience in writing, directing, shooting, or editing video content for digital formats is a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a hybrid setup and fast-paced agency environment.
