Job Responsibility

  • Manage all social media channels & campaign, and create content for scheduling social media posts.
  • Report directly to the Marketing Manager & coordinate with sales team, graphic designers to increase brand awareness.
  • Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ads and web visitor data in order to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
  • Manage account and prepare budgets for proposed communication plans.
  • To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular analysis of website/social media traffic data.
  • Assist in replying enquiries on facebook, update all information regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced candidates/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge on FB Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics, Tik Tok, WeChat etc
  • Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Malay. Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role required to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office
