Senior Engineer Development Pre Assembly

In your new role you will:

• Plan and execute evaluations for unit process development according to project targets (e.g. timeline, quality, cost and stability in production) defined by the project manager.
• Responsible for documentation of development results according to assembly development guidelines.
• Contribute to harmonization of established Preassembly processes with proven stable process flows including process, material & equipment.
• Characterization of unit processes and its impact on subsequent unit processes within the Pre Assembly area.
• Liaise with suppliers to perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling, machines and materials.
• Responsible for development sample builds, including lot disposition and alignment with pre-/following process steps.
• Support and contribute to risk analysis for unit processes in charge.
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant course.
• Adequate hands-on knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good aptitude for collaboration, negotiation and solution-finding.
• Analytical equipment knowledge.
• Statistical data analysis and basic understanding of the design of the experiment.
